HelpDesk Master software provides a web browser interface for the HelpDesk Master application. You can access the HelpDesk Master database across your in-house Intranet or Internet networks via an ODBC connection. These facilities can be used by any number of end users and will not result in the end users having to purchase additional licenses. The HelpDesk Master web component will allow your support personnel to manage all their allocated service requests via a web browser. If you have a special requirement we want to hear from you! Our new features are dependent on our users/customers requests, and we are constantly improving our help desk system to make it the easiest to use and most feature rich system available. If you see something that's not in our system, please let us know! HelpDesk Master requires Windows95/98, NT 4.0 or Windows 2000, 35MB HD, 16MB RAM and 800x600 screen. HelpDesk Master is a comprehensive, case based, feature rich, and extremely easy to install, learn, and maintain help desk and call center software system. HelpDesk Master offers fulls support for both MS Access and SQL databases and it is Internet enabled. It includes facilities for managing activities, scheduling, updating and closing service requests. HelpDesk Master is designed to be intuitive so even the most novice user can quickly learn the system and be fully functional in a matter of hours, not days or weeks like some other software packages. You do not need onsite training because the system is designed so your staff can rely on the quick and easy interface rather than paying for an outside consultant to come to your office and implement the system for you.
