For more than two years we were using one of the market leading Helpdesk product from undisclosed vendor, and evaluated few other products, but we were never satisfied. All of them were way too complex, too complicated, too difficult to use, too slow, with serious errors. We needed something fast, simple, and effective. Being a development company, it is natural that if we coudln't find a solution, we decided to make one by ourself - a perfect product.
