All important documents should be placed here as this folder has the benefit of nightly automatic backups. In the case of a disk crash or system corruption, your documents remain safe on ‘CSUSMNT'. Remember to only place your most important documents here, as your space on the ‘H drive' is limited to 100 megabytes. By default your documents should be saved to ‘h:\My Documents'. You should create a shortcut to this folder and place it on your desktop. Less important documents can be backed up to Zip drive while keeping working copies on your local computer.
