As an entirely Web-based solution that natively integrates with management tools like Microsoft SMS, Helpdesk Solution provides affordable, easy-to-use, and extremely flexible management of help desk operations.

-- Integration with other management tools -- Helpdesk Solution includes native integration with Altiris Inventory Solution and Microsoft SMS (including remote access to the SMS console) as well as hooks to many other Altiris products including Carbon Copy.

-- Support for handheld devices -- Helpdesk Solution provides management of help desk activities from wireless devices based on the Windows CE protocol.
